Experience the Floating Market up close on a rowing boat to enjoy the colorful atmosphere. Talad Rome Hub, known as “Train Market”, will surely remain in your memory for a long time. Khone Klone, a seaside village, is known for its mussel seekers, oyster farms, mangrove swamps with monkeys. This tour is rounded off by a visit to the colorful Seafood Market Don Hoi Lodh.

After an early breakfast our local tour guide and driver will pick you up from the hotel in Bangkok at time 07.00. Drive first to the Floating Market of Damnoen Saduak, which is located about 80 kilometers southwest of the capital.
On route stop at a scenic area with huge saline fields. Take also brief stops at a factory producing coconut-sugar and at an orchid farm.
On arrival at the Floating Market enjoy the atmosphere and watch the market women selling fresh fruit and vegetables out of their boats. You will be rowed straight into the bustling market life. Enjoy a lively one hour cruise through the main canal as well as the small klongs, passing the market boats with the fresh selling goods piled high on board.
Travel on to the train market. Every day the train passing the food stands and the fruit boxes by only a few centimeters. In a few seconds all traders remove their goods from the tracks to let the train pass. Afterwards just in a few seconds again all will be put back into place to continue the selling of the fresh groceries. A special spectacle to watch indeed.
Then drive to the fishing village of Klong Kone. Here you will take a ride by a long tail boat through the mangrove swamps. Watch the locals picking sea shells. It is also the home of many monkeys who like to be fed with fresh bananas. Later do enjoy a fresh seafood meal at a restaurant in middle of the sea, build on stalks.
Finally take a stroll over the colorful seafood market of Don Hoi Lod. Then return back to the hotel in Bangkok and arrive there in the late afternoon.
